Create a short (approximately 20-second) video introducing yourself (first name only, if you’re comfortable), sharing the state you’re joining from, and saying:
“I’m celebrating America’s 250th birthday by urging Congress to pass a firm, fair, and compassionate immigration solution.”

- Share the link in emails, text messages, newsletters, or social media posts.
- In conversations and online discussions, remind people that most Americans have an immigration story in their family history—whether recent or stretching back generations.
- Consider saying:”Here’s a great way to celebrate America’s 250th birthday while recognizing the contributions of immigrants—past, present, and future.”
- Use the campaign’s immigration history resources to start conversations with family, friends, neighbors, or community members.
- Create your own handmade or electronic invitations encouraging people to visit the site and learn more.
